The Relocation Agreement is an option offered by us that allows customers to return purchased artworks and receive a refund for the amount spent. Follow the detailed procedure below to initiate the relocation process.

• Log into your account via the navigation menu.
• In the menu, locate and click the button labeled Relocation.
• Once in the relocation section, copy the token displayed using the corresponding button.
• Click the Go to Relocation Page button to proceed to the next page.
• On the new page, paste the token you copied and enter your email address.
• You will see a list of all your artworks. Select the ones you wish to relocate using the corresponding checkbox.
• If the artwork has not yet been generated, a counter will appear allowing you to select how many placeholder artworks you want to relocate.
• Click the Relocate button to confirm your selection.
• A confirmation message will appear, reminding you that this operation is irreversible. Once relocated, the artworks cannot be repurchased.
• The relocated artworks will disappear from the main table and will be visible in the In Relocation section, which you can select from the top navigation menu.
• In the table of relocated artworks, you will see a countdown indicating the end of the relocation period.
• In the following days, a representative will contact you to finalize the relocation details.

Additional Features

At the top of the relocation page, there is a search bar with a location filter to help you quickly and easily find the artworks you wish to relocate.
